Refund & Cancellation Policy


Refunds

Ecquire is a recurring monthly service and does not issue refunds for services.  You may cancel at anytime. 

Ecquire's billing department is required to maintain a "high-water mark" policy, meaning within given 30-day billing period you will be charged for the highest subscription level you have used. We do not prorate. 


Ecquire's billing cycle is every thirty days.  If your intention is to cancel your account, we recommend doing so before the 30th day of your billing cycle.  


Free Trials

Ecquire allows new users full access to the software in an initial free trial period. There is neither charge nor commitment required for a free trial. No credit card is required, and no automatic billing can occur without active consent from the customer.



Subscription Cancellation Policy  

You may cancel at any time through your account's "Settings" page. You have two options for cancelling your account: pausing, and deleting.


Pausing an account keeps your data on the server. You may continue to log in and export, inspect, and copy your data. In the paused state, you may neither send any outgoing messages, use Ecquire Mobile, nor data mining features. In the period that you cancel your subscription, you will be billed for that billing period's highest subscription plan that was selected.  For example, you will be charged for a higher subscription even if you only have it for one day.  Reactivating a paused account begins a new billing cycle. You may reactivate a paused account through your account's "Settings" page.


Deleting an account permanently removes records of your data. There is no way to recover a deleted account. After deleting an account, you will not be able to log in with your user credentials. Ecquire staff cannot recover your information. In keeping with our high-water mark policy, you will be billed for that billing period's highest subscription plan that was selected. 


An email requesting cancellation is not considered cancellation. You must cancel your subscription via the "Settings" page by either deleting or pausing your account.
